पाइप एंड पाइप फिटिंग Pipe & Pipe Fitting

मटेरियल Materials - पाइप कास्ट, रोट आयरन, गेलवेनाइजिंग आयरन, स्टील, कॉपर, जिंक, ब्रॉस, एलमुनियम आदि के बनाए जाते हैं। / pipes are made of cast iron, wrought iron, galvanizing iron, steel, copper, zinc, brass, aluminum etc.

पाइप फिटिंग Pipe Fitting - पाइप अधिक लंबाई में नहीं होते और पाइप लाइन की दिशा भी सीधी ने होकर किसी भी कोण में रखी जा सकती है। स्टैंडर्ड पाइप की लंबाई 6 मीटर तक होती है पाइप फिटिंग करने के लिए निम्नलिखित एसेसरीज प्रयोग की जाती है।  /Pipes are not much length and the direction of the pipeline can also be laid at any angle through straight. Standard pipe length is up to 6 meters. The following accessories are used to make pipe fittings.

सॉकेट Socket - एक ही व्यास के दो पाइपों को सीधी लाइन में जोड़ने के लिए सॉकेट  का प्रयोग किया जाता है। इसमें अंदरूनी चूड़ियां बनी होती है। / A socket is used to connect two pipes of the same diameter in a straight line. It consists of inner thread.

रिड्यूसिग सॉकेट Reducing socket - अलग अलग व्यास पाइप को जोड़ने के लिए रिड्यूसिग  सॉकेट का प्रयोग किया जाता है। / Reducing socket is used to connect different diameter pipes.

टी 'T'- इसका प्रयोग पाइप लाइन को बीच से 90 डिग्री के कोण में लाइन को ले जाने के लिए किया जाता है। / It is used to move the line in a 90 degree angle from the middle of the pipeline.

ऐल्बो Elbow- पाइप लाइन की दिशा 90 डिग्री के कोण में बदलने के लिए एल्बो प्रयोग की जाती है। Elbow is used to change the direction of the pipeline to an angle of 90 degrees.

क्रॉस या फॉर वे Cross or for way - इसका प्रयोग पाइप लाइन को चारों दिशाओं में शाखा बनाने के लिए किया जाता है। / It is used to branch the pipeline in all four directions.

प्लग Plug - इसका प्रयोग पाइप के अंत में पानी को बंद करने के लिए किया जाता है / This is used to shut off the water at the end of the pipe

कैप Cap  - इसका प्रयोग पाइप में पाइप फिटिंग के सिरे को ढकने के लिए किया जाता है। जिस पाइप पर बाहरी थ्रेड हो वहां पर कैप लगा दी जाती है कैप के अंदर अंदरूनी चूड़ियां कटी होती है। / It is used to cover the ends of pipe fittings in pipes. A cap is placed on the pipe which has an external thread, the inner bangles are cut inside the cap.

यूनियन Union - इसका प्रयोग पाइप के साथ किसी दूसरे पाइप को जोड़ने के लिए किसी ऐसी जगह पर प्रयोग करते हैं। जहां पर पाइप के खराब होने पर पाइप लाइन को खोलकर उसे ठीक करने की आवश्यकता पड़ती हो। / It is used in such a place to connect another pipe with the pipe. Where the pipe malfunction is required to open the pipe line and fix it.

फ्लैन्ज Flanges - फ्लैन्ज का प्रयोग पाइप व कंट्रोल वाल्व को जोड़ने के लिए किया जाता है। तथा इसका प्रयोग दो पाइपों को एक साथ जोड़ने में भी किया जाता है।

पाइप निप्पल Pipe nipples  - पाइप निप्पल का प्रयोग विभिन्न प्रकार के साइडों में लाया जाता है यह तीन प्रकार के होते हैं । / Pipe nipples are used in different types of sides. There are three types.

बंद निप्पल / Closed nipple

छोटा निप्पल / Small nipple

लंबा निप्पल / Long nipple

कपलिंग Couplings - कपलिंग का प्रयोग सॉकेट की तरह दो पाइपों को जोड़ने के लिए किया जाता है कपलिंग में आंतरिक चूड़ियां कटी होती है । / Couplings are used to connect two pipes like a socket, with internal bangles cut into the couplings.

पाइप कटर Pipe Cutter  - पाइप कटर का प्रयोग पाइप को काटने के लिए किया जाता है इसमें दो गाइड रोलर तथा एक कटिंग व्हील होता है गाइड रोलर पाइप को गाइड करते हैं तथा कटर व्हील पाइप को काटने में सहायता करता है । इसके द्वारा आसानी से पीवीसी, स्टील आदि पाइप को काटा जा सकता है। /  Pipe cutter is used to cut pipe. It consists of two guide rollers and a cutting wheel. The guide roller guides the pipe and the cutter wheel helps in cutting the pipe. Through this, PVC, steel etc. pipes can be cut easily.

पाइप वाइस Pipe Vice - इसका प्रयोग पाइप को पकड़ने के लिए किया जाता है । पाइप वाइस के जॉ 90 डिग्री के कोण पर बने होते हैं / It is used to hold the pipe. Pipe vice joins are made at a 90 degree angle.

पाइप रिंच Pipe wrench - इसमें दो जॉ तथा एक हैंडल होता है एक फिक्स जॉ होता है तथा दूसरा मूवेबल जॉ होता है जिसकी सहायता से इसे हम अपने साइज के अनुसार कम या ज्यादा कर सकते हैं । पाइप रिंच 150 से 600 मिलीमीटर तक साइज में पाए जाते हैं यह भी अलग अलग टाइप से होते हैं / It has two joints and a handle, one is a fix jo and the other is a movable jo, with the help of which we can do more or less according to our size. Pipe wrenches are found in sizes from 150 to 600 millimeters, they are also of different types.

वाल्व Valve

इसका प्रयोग मेन लाइन से ब्रांच लाइन निकालने के लिए किया जाता है इसका प्रयोग इस लिए किया जाता है। की लाइन खराब होने पर ब्रांच लाइन की मरम्मत कर सकें इस हालत में ब्रांच लाइन बंद होगी और मेन लाइन चलती रहेगी । / It is used to extract the branch line from the main line, it is used for this. In case of failure of the line, the branch line can be repaired, in this condition the branch line will be closed and the main line will continue to operate.

ग्लोबल वाल्व Global Valve - इस वाल्व का प्रयोग वायु, भाप तथा पानी को नियंत्रण करने के लिए किया जाता है। इस वाल्व की बॉडी में एक विभाजन होता है जिसकी सहायता से इसे कंट्रोल किया जाता है। इससे पानी के भाव को नियंत्रण किया जाता है। / This valve is used to control air, steam and water. The body of this valve has a partition with which it is controlled. By this, the expression of water is controlled.

गेट वाल्व Gate Valve - यह वाल्व पूरा खुलने पर भी बिना रुकावट के पानी को निकालने के लिए रास्ते की व्यवस्था करता है। यह मुख्य सप्लाई लाइन तथा पाइप लाइन के लिए बहुत उपयोगी हैं। इससे या तो पानी पूरी तरह खुला रखा जाता है या पूरी तरह बंद रखा जाता है। / This valve arranges the passage to drain water without interruption even when fully open. These are very useful for main supply line and pipeline. This either keeps the water completely open or is kept completely closed.

Non-return valve   - इस वाल्व  का दूसरा नाम चेक वाले हैं। इसका प्रयोग पाइप लाइन के पानी को एक ही ओर ले जाने के लिए करते हैं या क्रिया ऑटोमेटिक होती है इसे मुख्य ब्रांज से बनाया जाता है इस प्रकार के वाल्व  में एक पल्ला होता है। जो पानी का बहाव बंद होते ही तुरंत रास्ता रोककर विपरीत दिशा में पानी को बहने से रोकता है। / Another name for this valve is check ones. It is used to move the pipeline water to one side or the action is automatic. It is made of main brange. This type of valve has a board. Which stops the water from flowing in the opposite direction immediately after stopping the flow of water.

पाइप और ट्यूब में अंतर Difference between pipe and tube

पाइप Pipe - पाइप का साइज अंदर से मापा जाता है तब पाइप की लंबाई 6 मीटर तक होती हैं। / The pipe size is measured from the inside then the pipe length is up to 6 meters.

ट्यूब Tube - ट्यूब का साइज उसके बारी व्यास से मापा जाता है। / The size of the tube is measured by its turn diameter.
